ME??? NEED A COACH????!!!!!

Even the smartest and the most talented need assistance at some time in their life.

A good coach knows exactly what to do with exceptional talent and those that are trying to do MORE than survive!

I write this because most people do not even realize that us coaches need coaching. Ok you just might ask yourself "Well why in hell would I go to a coach that needs coaching?" I get it, it's a good question. But the answer to that question makes so much sense, and it is the answer to that question that just may have you contact one if the need ever arises. A good coach is also just a regular person, with an intuitive skill set to see your vision clearly and can map out a strategy to get you there. BUT as a "regular" person, in our personal life, we like you, get cloudy when certain situations present themselves. There could be trouble in a marriage, or ill health, your own or a loved one and we become too close to the subject to think clearly. That is exactly when WE need coaching, we need that professional who is not involved in the emotional hurricane that is pouring down on us, to look at it and SEE what we have lost sight of because we are in the eye of the storm. You see they have been there as well, and when THEY were there they needed that outside help. Now they have become that outside help for that struggling coach that happens to be a person as well.

I remember my NLP instructor telling me about the highest paid marriage counselor in California .This professional who had a waiting list the length of your arm was married and divorced 7 times!!! Who knew better then him what the signs and triggers were that caused the breakups and or the repeat marriages...

I will also tell you that a top notch coach NEVER stops studying and learning. How would you like a doctor to perform surgery whose skill set never changed from 20 years ago?? Run!!!

So YES I have a coach and YES I am always taking a new course that can help me help my clients. So if you ever wonder “Wow should I be embarrassed that I need help"? Don't be ...we all do. Even Michael Jordan!!!!!!!!!
